Shipping Information:

We ship all orders within the contiguous 48 states by FedEx ground delivery from our Congers, NY warehouse.  Orders should arrive within 7-10 days from our receipt of your order.  For even faster delivery we offer FedEx Second Day service for an additional charge.  If you live in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please call customer service at 800-841-4140 and we will quote you a shipping rate before accepting your order. Casabella orders received Monday through Friday by 8 AM EST are shipped the next business day on in-stock items. New York and Washington State residents must pay sales tax.


Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Please allow extra time for orders placed during holidays.

International Shipping
We no longer offer international shipping from our website.  If you have any questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free and call customer service at 800-841-4140 or email us at info@casabella.com.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges:

If you received a faulty item that you have purchased on our website and need to exchange it for the same item, simply return it to the address below and we will replace it. We will reimburse you for any shipping charges if the item is defective. The Casabella® Floor Mop (item 50005) has a lifetime guarantee and will be replaced upon receipt at any time.

 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one please return the original item in its original state (including its packaging) to the address below (you will be refunded your original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, once we receive the item). You will need to place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

  

All returns should include a letter with the following information:

Order Number
Reason for the Return
Desired action – (if purchased through the web within the last 30 days, please specify if you would like a refund or replacement).

Items purchased from a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the retailer’s policies.
